Easy chocolate-covered dates. I used sugar free Lilys (half milk chocolate chips and half sea salt caramel). Just melt the chips, stir well, drop your Medjool dates in, stir, and set on parchment paper. I topped with a bit of salt. About 30 minutes in the refrigerator and they’re ready.
