It does come with an adjustable crossbody strap and wrist strap. It does NOT include a tripod, I purchased separately for 15. The half pans are magnetized. This palette isn’t very practical for everyday however it is perfect for an immersive luxury experience. I found the setup very meditative. Overall the lightweight grey version is still my everyday go-to, but this is my aesthetic palette for a full plein air experience. Washi tape is a great tool for drip watercolor edges but also great for junk journaling I did a mindfulness painting and then covered it with different tarot themes that are removable, so if I want to use the painting for mixed media I just remove the tape!
