I love wearing cover up dresses over bathing suits. It makes it wearable off the beach, and yet comfortable to wear in warm weather.

Here is an extra tip:
Traveling can help you decompress and help you learn about new cultures and foods. I had limited travel experiences due to my schedule, but I highly recommend it to others, as all the experiences I have had have been spectacular.

Colorful bikini sets are perfect for a beach vacation! Wearing a bathing suit set from Walmart.

I wanted to remind you that it is essential to wear sunscreen. A person should use sunscreen all year around, even if you are indoors. A health benefit fact: Sunscreen helps protect against UVA and UVB (but not UVC). SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. Examples include: 15, 30, 60, 90. The efficacy depends on an equation, but essentially: 15 is 93% efficacious, 30 is 97% efficacious, 60 is 98% efficacious, and 90 is 99% efficacious. The SPF in moisturizer is not enough. Although, layering on does not “add” to the amount of SPF you are applying, if you apply moisturizer, it is critical to apply another layer on top to ensure that there is sunscreen on your face. Throughout the day, it is vital to reapply sunscreen. The rule-of-thumb is every 240 minutes (4 hours) or 120 minutes (2 hours) if you are sweating or swimming. There are different types (chemical versus mineral/physical) & different formulations (cream/lotion, stick, powder). Tip when you are out in the summer: apply moisturizer before applying sunscreen to your face and body to lock in moisture & after applying sunscreen. Ensure you do not apply body oil, as that will make you burn easily. I love using sunscreen by Neutrogena!
