Starting baby-led weaning has been such an exciting milestone! We started immediately at 6 months because baby girl was showing all signs of readiness plus she was HUNGRY! Lol

Here are a few of our favorite BLW meals lately!

Instead of purees, she explores soft, whole foods that are safe for little hands to grab and taste. It’s all about letting them lead the way by allowing them to build their independence, confidence, and curiosity around food.

I can’t lie. I was definitely a nervous wreck in the beginning but the anxiety truly does get better with time. 😅 Huge shoutout to @iamtyradavis for always being there whenever I immediately panicked🫶🏾
