Defiiiiiinitely size on up in the bottoms! I got them all in an 8 and am usually a 6! Items seems to run quite small.

I am keeping:

- The blazer
- The baby blue skirt
- The shorts (I feel like they will work???)

The trousers are not super sheer but definitely do require nude undies and I am just not in the business of having to match on that level, so they will be headed back.

If you work from home and you find that you are struggling with feeling productive, or switching from rest mode to work mode, try putting on what Ive named the “soft outfit” - this isn’t stuffy corporate wear, it’s still extremelyyyy comfortable, but will have you not only zoom ready for meetings, but also help your mind shift from rest or play to work mode! ✨🤌🏼

It is important to note that enclothed cognition doesn’t mean going from pajamas to an outfit like this is going to trigger your brain automatically into work mode because different people hold different feelings for different clothing!

For example, for one person getting out of pajamas and getting into sweatpants or cute new clean pair of pajamas is enough to do the trick while others (like myself) need it to be a littleeee bit more noticeable and cannot work in any kind of PJs or sweats. Because my brain always associates pajamas & sweatpants with rest!

I’ve always known that changing my clothes helps me get into different mindsets, but only recently discovered this is actually a psychological concept! It’s also been named as a phenomenal tool for people who have ADHD! 🙌🏼
