Over the years I have tried TONS of products. I have finally found a few I really love. I use daily, weekly or monthly. And I have repurchased time and time again !!!
At 45 my skin and body are changed and I want to look and feel better than ever before!!!
1. I love the disposable towels, they are soft and easy to use to wash my face. Elemis face balm, it’s removers my makeup easily, then I use the Dr. Dennis peel pads every night after washing my face.
2. I have used Nira pro laser every night after I wash my face, I also use the Nira serum and peptide cream after.
3. Sunblock or sunscreen is one of the most important products you can put on your face. I use a tint sunscreen daily. I have used Colorscience for about a year, I love it . There are different shades depending on what you are looking for. I just started using YSE Skin Glow and LOVE IT!! Especially under foundation, it’s light weight and adds a glow to the skin.
4. Medicube is an Amazing skin line. I use a number of products depending on my skin. Regularly I use the skin booster I love that it has different sittings depending on what my skin needs. Nightly Exosome Zero, Riviving eye cream,booster serum nightly, the 2 over the night weekly . Dr. Melaxin stick nightly and the Calcuim one to twice a week. Elemis nightly moisturizer nightly.
5. Dr. Pen Miconeedling at home I been doing once a month for 3 months. It’s probably been the best thing for my skin. It helps with firmness, and dark spot and just makes my face look amazing.
6. Seed is a probiotic I been taking for about a yr 2 pills a night. The Goli gummies daily.
7. One of my favorites and also helps me drink more water which I’m not good at. Is Beam I mix one Glow packet with a scoop of collagen and a scoop of creatin. I also drink 3-4 scoops of Armra mixed in water 2 times daily. I been doing this for over a years. It’s one of the best things I have added to my daily routine.
8. Looking tan has always made me
great. Tan- Lux is my favorite. The Butter I use daily, it gets dark after each use. The face drop are amazing too...
