Pottery Barn Kids just launched their Summer New Arrivals and I couldn’t resist! How PERFECT is this surf quilt? 🥹

I’ve been looking for the perfect quilt for my son’s room and I love the retro feel of this one…I was immediately sold 🥹

They also had the cutest sheets to go along with it. I also found this really cute, whale lumbar pillow and shark plushie to match!

Our daughter’s playhouse is the Frankie playhouse by Gumnut Kids :)

We added the scallops as an add on!

It comes unpainted so that you can paint it yourself! We used Malted Milk by Valspar for the wall color and Dover White by Sherwin Williams for the trim :) For the stain we used Red Chestnut by Minwax 🏡

They no longer carry our son’s playhouse but there are a lot of similar ones on the market!

Building “his and her” playhouses for our kids was one of my favorite additions to our home 🥹 I love that they each have their own house and that they are able to play pretend a little neighborhood with each other 🥹🫶🏼

How cool are these kids safe materials?!

I had no idea that rubber pavers were a thing, I also didn’t know that faux rock edging was a thing!

The faux rock edging comes in a bunch of different colors and heights too! It’s safe to weed whack and it’s safe for the elements.

The rubber pavers were a great alternative to putting in brick in the kids picnic areas and water table area because it is safer if they fall.

I was also so excited when I found fall safe rubber tiles that make climbing areas safer. These rubber tiles come in 1 inch, 2 inch and almost 3 inch thickness, depending upon the height of the fall!

These toy bins are only $1.99 and works so well for small toys, arts and crafts, learning materials, and anything else with small pieces! For so long I searched for a built-in system for our toys and I think I finally found one! I love that the system is modular and that you can design it to fit your needs! My favorite part is how all of the toys are tucked away neatly :)
