We just wrapped up a beautiful renovation that brought new life to a dated space — without replacing or refinishing the floors! That meant working within the existing footprint and being extra thoughtful about how everything came together.

In the kitchen, we removed a wall to open up the space to the living room and dining area, added two skylights above the island for extra natural light, and completely revamped the lighting throughout the open-concept layout.

Design highlights include:
• Custom cabinetry with black metal and glass doors
• A stunning marble hood in Black and Gold
• Taj Mahal quartzite countertops
• Hidden pocket doors for the microwave and coffee bar
• Cabinet-panel appliances for a seamless look
• A warm, creamy subway tile backsplash to tie it all together
• Kohler plumbing fixtures
• Alabaster light fixtures
• Reeded trim in white oak

And yes — we did all the decor in the living, dining, and kitchen spaces as well!

In the primary bathroom, we kept the existing tile and refreshed the space with a new vanity, updated countertops, and modern lighting for a simple but impactful transformation.
