I went to my first ELOQUII dinner!!! 🥹 High school me is screaming!!! That’s really who I get dressed for. I dress up in all the fits and colors she wish she had access to growing up.

This tulle maxi skirt is amazingggg. It has the perfect level of fullness, and I love the soft pink color. I’m wearing a size 22.

OBSESSEDDDDD!!!! The black fold over boots are in a size 12. They are a kitten heel and are wide foot AND wide calf friendly. The skirt is from Cider in a size 24. It comes with a belt, but I bought a better one from Amazon. I got the 42-47in size, and it’s part of a set of 3. Since I didn’t wear tights with these, I threw on my shorts from Oeak which are in a 3X, and they made it so comfortable.

🏨 Lastly, if you happen to be in Chicago, I stayed at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel. Don’t let the name fool you! It was a beautiful antique hotel with a bar, valet parking and breakfast. It was inexpensive and in the heart of Downtown Chicago near the Water Tower. I got the Superior King Room. It was perfect for 1-2 people

Black-owned brunch spot in Chicago! All the food was so delicious and flavorful. Here’s everything I tried:

To be able to dress the way I envision myself now, when I couldn’t all those years ago is truly a blessing. There is more work to be done, but I’m gonna celebrate this win.

At first I didn’t believe the hype either, but when I started my weight loss journey using a GLP-1 and there was a chance I could lose my hair—I wanted to do what I could to prevent that from happening. In addition to increasing my water intake, I took the Mary Ruth multivitamin. Not only has my hair grown longer, but it looks and feels thicker and healthier. Definitely check them out!

Did my (press on) nails in the car for my trip this weekend. I switched to press on nails a year ago, and it has saved me so much money. I have FINALLY decided to give Korean skincare a try! (I know I’m behind lol) BUT, I heard really great reviews about Anua Skincare. One thing I was really shocked by is how big everything is. Usually skincare comes in such small doses, but I can tell this is going to last.

I got their deep pore cleanser that has a moisturizing texture, brightening pads, toner, serum, lotion, spf, eye cream, cleansing oil, peeling gel, and some face masks. I knew the face masks were for real because you keep these on for 3-4 hours 😲 It also came with lots of free samples. I’m so excited to try!!
