Ok, don’t believe my son in this vid 😆 — this deconstructed bell pepper casserole bowl is actually delish and is packed with 35g of protein! 💥 Thanks to @collegenutritionist for the inspo… it has been my go-to for the work week and helps me stay on track with my protein goals. If you try it, tell me what you think — I hope you love it as much as I do! 💕 Ingredients: - 1 lb of Lean Ground Beef - 4 Bell Peppers (chopped) - Riced Cauliflower - 1 can of diced tomatoes - 1 pack of Taco seasoning - Hot sauce (I only had Taco Bell sauce but measure with your heart) - Shredded Cheese (again, measure with your heart ❤️) - Salt and pepper to taste - Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes - Makes 4 bowls at around 35 G of Protein - Add a cup of Good Culture Cottage Cheese on the side with Salt and Pepper for another 19 G of Protein (which is how I love to eat it!) … 35+19 = a lot of protein! mealprep protein proteinpacked quickmealideas momsofinstagram proteingirlies stuffedbellpeppers LTKFamily LTKKids LTKHome
