I’ve been wearing Supergoop’s CC Screen and it stays put—even in the sun, sweat, and splash zone. It gives enough coverage to even out my skin tone but still feels like skin (and doesn’t budge at the pool 💦).

I wanted a fancy foot stool for this beautiful antique chair of my great grandfathers that I had refinished to give RH vibes.
But the stool had to be small and budget friendly. For $30, this one is only 10” high and almost a foot around.
It is green velvet and this room has a super dark green accent wall so this fabric and color goes perfectly. I just didn’t like the feet so I did a 15 minute DIY stain job with water based stain and it’s perfect! Make sure you sand the wood first so the stain will stick! #DIY #DIYdecor #Amazonfind

When you want to design a room start with ONE thing that you really love! My inspo for my 7 year old daughter's room in this house was this magical wallpaper. I pinned it on Pinterest before we even moved in. Then I ordered the green scalloped bed to compliment it From there I added family antiques like her dresser, my old toy chest and my old desk. I created a bookshelf with paint (I traced my large arch top mirror on the wall) and added cane shelves from Etsy which I may still stain dark 😍

Well all know that harsh lights can make it harder for us to wind down at night, so we added a dimmable, cordless sconce in my daughters bedroom so we aren’t using our cell phone light to read to her. 😴🛌This gentle, cozy glow helps her relax as we read bedtime stories together, and we hope it will become part of her own nighttime routine as she grows.

I got the inspo for these from some Anthro cafe curtains and did this on my own 💡.
These curtains are pleated so they come with pins for rings but they also have tabs on the back if you don’t want to use rings!
Super inexpensive but cute DIY cafe curtains in our guest bath and I ordered it all on Amazon 🙌🏻. Here is what you need:

Sunday Summary #2: My week in mom life 🤪

1️⃣ We squeezed in our last beach trip of summer break at Siesta Key 🌊☀️ (since I don’t have to be at pre-planning days anymore).
2️⃣ I played golf with my parents and husband ⛳️—aka I got a sunburn and a cart snack.
