Meet my absolute favorite ‘mom shorts’—and yes, they really are called that, which makes me laugh because I genuinely love them! At 47 and around 170 pounds, I’ve got these in a size 12 and they’re just the stretchiest, comfiest denim shorts ever. They’ve got this perfect lived-in wash and those cool folded ragged edges for that laid-back vibe. Plus, the double button closure is kind of a lifesaver on off days—sometimes I just use one button, but that second button gives me that extra hold-me-in feeling. I wear these everywhere, from country concerts to just running errands—they’re my go-to denim shorts for a reason!

I may have these in 4 colors and just ordered another today on sale 😝 but I can’t help it! I feel like I look good in them, they don’t touch my belly (or love handles) and they are breathable 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I live in Florida so I live in Athleisure and the arm holes aren’t gaping like some others and they cover my chest.

I am 47 and I love country music and line dancing! I believe in staying active as long as I can, I believe in American music and I refuse to wear shoes that aren’t comfortable at this age because I don’t have to 😜

This was an amazing wedding guest outfit and best of all I got so many compliments on it!! It is a pants suit so it was comfy!
I didn’t wear a bra but definitely could wear a strapless if you wanted to.
I danced all night and it wore like a champ! The bring pink color is so in right now and they have it in a pretty green as well.
