My home office lives in our guest room, so the desk had to do a lot more than just look pretty.
This one is 51” wide, has real drawers, and still blends in with our guest bedroom furniture instead of feeling like an office setup.

Reworked our guest bedroom into a double-duty space and I’m honestly obsessed with how the office side turned out. The cane-front desk adds so much warmth and ties in perfectly with the guest room furniture, while the linen rolling chair keeps it light and comfy for everyday work.

The oversized map fills the wall without feeling busy, and the round Rifle Paper rug softens the whole space so it still feels like a bedroom — not a corporate office. Everything here feels intentional, but nothing feels precious, which is exactly what I want in a space we actually use.

The perfect home desk does exist 🙌 Found this one on Wayfair, and it ties in perfectly with the rest of my guest bedroom furniture. The 51” top gives me plenty of space for my desktop and notes, and those cane-front drawers make it feel like it belongs in the room—not just a random work corner.

A mistake a lot of people make it getting wall art or rugs that are too small- don't do that to yourself - you won't be happy and will spend more buying something else later girl!!!
