It’s perfect to keep the sniffles away, hide tons of spinach in and it requires minimal effort! We drank this constantly during Covid and still during flu season! Packed with vitamins and nutrients! All you need is: couple handfuls of spinach 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen blueberries 2 bananas 1 cup orange juice We grab organic produce and buy frozen berries in blulk at @costco where they have also have an organic option. Having kids really changed my choices and I looked at their little bodies at clean slates and I wanted to keep them that way for as long as possible. You seriously only need 3 fresh ingredients on hand! You could always add a scoop of protein.
