OOTD this week: Denim circle Skirt with metallic tank and (faux) snakeskin accessories. This was an outfit I wore this week to go for lunch with my mum, a new client meeting, pick kids up and dinner in the evening. The heels only lasted for about an hour and then I swapped for some strappy flats! This denim skirt is one of my favorites from minimalist designer Christophe Lemaire (who is best known for being the Artistic Director of Uniqlo for the last 8 years and creative director of Hermes womenswear & Lacoste prior to that). It is probably 8 years old and the quality is so good that it still feels brand new. Lemaire is known for Japanese denim, amazing fit and using high quality fabrics. The silver metallic tank top is also old from Zara last summer. The shoes are over 10 years old from a French brand called APERLAI and the bag is the much loved ‘Demi-lune’ shape from A.P.C in printed snake. I have added a link to buy it pre-loved from poshmark in my LTK shop. It has been a best seller for years and APC always offer them in black, cognac brown, tan and a few other colors every season.
