I met my friend Samantha for the first time on a creator trip this spring. We had so much fun doing our makeup together and finding out we did mostly the same steps-just used different products. We loved picking up little tips from each other. Anyway, I just bought the under eye primer she uses as I was due for a refill on mine and figured I’d try it because her makeup looks flawless.
