Tried to get the Milk Makeup Grip Gel Tint on Saturday and Ulta said no… so I woke up early and secured it for pickup this morning.

Our principal gave us these ducks to take on spring break adventures, so she came with me to Ulta while we smelled some amazing perfumes (Miu Miu might be my next big girl scent 👀). I need my man to wear Dolce & Gabbana The one 😩

But of course we got what we came for… the Milk Makeup Grip Gel Tint in shades 11 & 13.

Five months ago my iron levels were extremely low.

Low ferritin.
Low hemoglobin.
Constant fatigue.

I started taking Ritual iron supplements consistently, and these are my updated blood test results.

My numbers have steadily improved over the past few months, and it honestly feels validating to see the progress in real data.

It’s a reminder that healing takes time and consistency.

Still working toward optimal levels, but I’m really encouraged by this progress.

If you’ve struggled with low iron or fatigue, always advocate for yourself and get your labs checked.
