I got my red light mask from higherDOSE in 2024, and I try to use it 3-4 times a week before bed. If you’re into biohacking, higherDOSE is a reputable company specializing in science-backed devices, and I literally want everything from their site. Their products are a bit of an investment, but you get what you pay for — plus, some of their items are HSA/FSA eligible, which is a nice bonus.

I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my skin’s appearance, and I feel like it helps with anxiety and relaxation too.
