I turn 30 this year. This time last January, Matty came home with a jar and said we should take each day and week as it comes and try to write down at least one thing we were proud of. On NYE we sat down and read them all.

(Spoiler: we only lasted ten weeks starting it again this year because loved reading them back so much)
