Vitamins and supplements I take every day! - Creatine, colostrum, Oxyshred, a pre/probiotic every morning on an empty stomach - women’s multi, fiber, and vitamin D with food - BCAAs during my workouts - Magnesium gummies every night (30 min before bed) OR magnesium glycinate pills (loving the pills better as of recently) - bloom or Alani energy drinks when I need an energy boost - Alani preworkout before a workout. Will give you a tingly feeling if you like that. - Bloom greens - I take every so often when I feel like I didn’t get enough veggies in that day
