You didn’t hear it from me, but… Some of life’s sweetest moments happen around a dinner table. Tonight at Banzai Japanese Steakhouse in New Braunfels, my heart was full. Sharing hibachi with Jim, Katelyn, and sweet Scarlett was everything. Scarlett was completely captivated watching the chef cook right at our table — and after seeing him make shapes, she made her own little heart out of rice (cue grandma heart melting). Then came the onion volcano… and her face lit up with pure joy. Great food, laughter, and family memories I’ll hold onto forever.
