As you may know working out/training is literally my life. I’ve been doing this for +10yrs and something that’s helped me along the way is having the proper shoes.

Having the proper shoes for sure motivates me to go to the gym b/c I want to use them and they keep my feet safe to perform my best.

Dressing up for work looks different in every profession. For me, I own a gym in the Austin, Tx area and I fitness coach full time. Most think I would wear whatever to coach and that’s the opposite of what I do.
COACHES CAN LOOK PROFESSIONAL ALSO. I try and look my best when I coach to show my people I’m serious. My go to brands are lululemon, Nike, and NOBULL.
