Hidden in the little alleys of Pike & Rose, behind a random door with just a letter B on it, is a restaurant you would never know exists. Bouboulina was a totally random find. I literally searched Rockville restaurants, saw a name I didn’t recognize, and said “Why not?” What was supposed to be a chill night out with friends turned into a full culinary adventure. The place is gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the desserts… dangerous. My top picks: the crab rolls, the tomahawk steak, and the chocolate cake.
