Sis! I’ve found us the perfect everyday winter lip combo!!! And it last alll day long! I love using the Refy sculpt pencil to really define my lips then I added the blur liner for extra dimension. After I start with the OG Backtalk by Urban Decay as my base and finish it with Maybelline’s Stay Matte in Loyalist. When I tell you that this combo lasts all day for me!!
