Creator Day with @isaiahthomas4philly at @phl_airport was such an important event.

Some of your favorite Content Creators will be bringing you updates on everything Philly, especially given all that’s happening in 2026. So of course our Philadelphia International Airport has to be ready for all of the travel.

This includes developments and improvements. Our girl is 85 years old and was showing her age. Not anymore. She’s getting a new look.

They’ve ushered in “Founded in Philly” which is a food program highlighting locally owned Philly favorites for travelers to enjoy at the airport. This is via @phlfoodandshops and the restaurants they’ve opened are definitely a hit.

Philly is also known for its art and the airport is no different. Via the Arts at PHL, travelers can see displays from local artists and institutions.

Thank you to Councilmember Isaiah Thomas, the team and PHL for hosting this event. Philly is the absolute best.

I love it when we’re cruising together!

Our annual Girlfriends & Kids trip took us on an adventure via a Disney Cruise. Let me be the first to say, a few weeks ago when that company became synonymous with Target, I didn’t know what to think. I didn’t have the app to cancel and my cruise, flights, etc were already paid in full. We were going!

That being said, we needed this. Me and the big guy had an amazing time. Outside of meals and shows, he did his thing with other teens and I had adult time. Spa treatments, rain forest passes, movies, Aladdin, mixology, and rum tasting. We both did karaoke and thoroughly toured the ship. Disney provides fun for all ages. We saw @tronares.movie on the ship. I’m such a @jodiesmith fan and she did an amazing job as a villain.

Here’s to making memories. Elijah didn’t get to take a pic with a character this time, but he did shoot a web towards Spider-Man.

START WITH YOU: Dante Moore Tour

Over the weekend, I had a conflict. I was driving to an event and something said “you are heading the wrong way!” I pulled over, purchased a ticket and reprogrammed my GPS. I am so glad that I did. Now, I’ve attended a book tour before. But when I tell you that I was blown away by the amount of planning and dedication it took to make this happen. I was so proud to be in the room. With the exception of being a few minutes behind, it was executed beautifully.

It was an immersive experience that felt like a revival. From testimonies to leaps of joys, the room was on fire. Lots of head nods, mmm-hmmms and a family reunion.

Dante, you were absolutely phenomenal. Seeing you and your brothers grow from boys to upstanding men has made me beyond proud.

The Planning Procrastinating Perfectionist is available for purchase online. But I’d recommend supporting Dante in person and treating yourself to his events.

Happy 3rd Anniversary to Philly Flannel Fest. This was my first time attending. I had a small window to slide through and made it just in time to catch some great acts, talented people and beautiful people. The vendors showed up and showed out. I encountered some familiar faces and met some new folks as well.

There was truly nothing but love on the premises.

If you missed it, be sure to add them to your list for next year.

By the way — who knew it would actually be a little too warm to comfortably wear flannel in November?

Good eats — Great Staycation! [SAVE + SHARE] We had an amazing time @hgicamdenwaterfront over the weekend.

Let me tell you about our experience.

This is a wonderful property and great location.

ACCOMMODATIONS: We stayed in their kitchenette room. Extra spacious with wonderful amenities including a refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. Dining room table for meals and a sofa.

WATER STREET GRILL: Lots of space for dining. Outdoor seating during warmer months with great views.

The bar was open late and there were plenty of large screen TVs.

Here’s their Happy Hour Menu:
MON: Martini Mondays – $6 standard, $10 Titos or Tanqueray, $12 craft martinis, $25 flights
TUE: Taco Tuesday – $5 house margaritas (lime, strawberry, or mango), $6 Corona, $11 tacos (3), $25 flights
WED: Wine, Whiskey & Wings – $5 house wine, $2 off all whiskey, $9 Woodford Old Fashioned, ½-priced wings
THUR: Burger & Beer Combo – $15.99 cheeseburger with choice of bottled beer
FRI: All Day Happy Hour – $4 domestic beer, $5 house wine & mixed cocktails
SAT: Tito’s/Specialty Cocktail Night – $6 Tito’s single mixed drinks, $8 Surf or Statesides

They also delivered a wonderful breakfast to our room in the morning.
