Some days you wake up ready to conquer the gym.
Today was not one of those days.

No motivation.
Low energy.
Every excuse in the book crossed my mind.

But I made a promise to myself:
Show up even when it’s hard.

So I showed up.
Not perfectly.
Not with my best workout.
But with discipline.

Because progress isn’t built on the days you feel amazing.
It’s built on the days you don’t feel like it… and you do it anyway.

If today feels heavy, let this be your reminder:
You don’t have to be motivated. You just have to start.

Real gym moment.

Tried the hack squat machine today and had to drop the weight.

Different machine.
Different angle.
Different challenge.

Instead of fighting the ego, I focused on learning the movement and feeling the muscles work.

And yes… I failed some reps.

But failure isn’t weakness.

Failure is the path to growth.

Every strong athlete you admire has failed thousands of reps.

Today was one of mine.

Tomorrow we get stronger.
