Sharing what I use for myself this time year to avoid Benadryl and other junk. Did you know, a government study showed an ingredient in Benadryl has been linked to dementia, needless to say I like to keep holistic options on hand. The kidney & thymus are taken daily (2 capsules, you’ll have to find your sweet spot), probiotic every other day at bedtime. Rarely do I, or kiddos need the other 3 items.
