Creative planning and “junk” journaling have been my therapeutic hobby since I was a kid, sitting on the floor scrapbooking and writing letters to my pen pal on the other side of the world. It still brings me the same joy, comfort, and peace. It gives my brain room to rest, and somehow, clarity always follows.
