Chile, NARS dropped their new natural matte longwear foundation and I tried it in the shade Perth (a new medium deep neutral shade with an olive tone). As a girly stuck between Macao and Marquises, I really wanted to see if the shade works for me πŸ‘€ Now that the soft matte complete foundation is discontinued, this new matte foundation is supposed to replace it. οΏΌ It has a natural soft matte finish, and with the right powder, still looks really good after eight hours. I tried the new NARS Natural Matte Longwear Foundation to see what it’s giving πŸ‘€ I’m wearing it in Perth, which is a new medium, deep, neutral shade (For those of us who needed something between Macao and Marquises πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ€Ž) It’s rumored to be replacing the soft matte complete foundation, which is my all-time favorite. This new formula feels very lightweight, it’s buildable, and at minimum gives medium coverage. I did find that it looked a bit darker after eight hours of wear though. I tested it twice, and it looked best at the end of the day when I set it with my Charlotte Tilbury face powder, as my One/Size BouclΓ¨ Silk face powder made it look very orangey on camera after eight hours. I tried the Snif β€œHot Cakes” perfume while I was at Ulta, and it smells so good! 😍 It’s a gourmand that reminds me of Sticky Dates by Lush (which I’m allergic to, so I’m thinking this may be a good alternative for me). The notes of this perfume are: Maple Syrup, Melted Butter, Berry Compote, Buttermilk, Pancake Accord, Sugared Musk. I got them in a size 10, and for the most part they are true to size (I have narrow feet for context. They are slightly snug on one toe on my right foot lol).
