Ingredients 2 tomatoes 1 tablespoon Bettergoods Truffle Parmesan Garlic Sea Salt seasoning 2 garlic cloves ½ tablespoon cooking oil 1 can mushrooms ½ tablespoon flour Smash the tomatoes along with the seasoning, garlic, and oil. Marinate the chicken in the mix. I made it right away, but if you have time to marinate longer, this will still be more delicious! Cook chicken on medium-high heat for around 8 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the remaining marinade and the mushrooms. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. I used an already-made salad and added cherry tomatoes and red onion. The Ranch Jalapeno dressing is fantastic! For dessert?
