Welcome to this weekend's edit, April 2026 edition. The brown oversized blazer I wore on repeat in Paris. Some pretty sale items from J McLaughlin. A monochromatic look with crisp white shirt from J Crew and feminine lace skirt from Brochu Walker. Pops of color with the Paul Smith scarf I bought in London and some much needed French Pharmacy skin care from La Roche Posay!

Ok, I am headed to Paris in April! Which, I haven't been to Paris in the Spring time in many, many years. Because of my teaching schedule I can go in Summer or Winter. But, I am so excited about this trip and this wardrobe lineup!

I am headed to Cabo San Lucas in March for a big birthday weekend (not my birthday!). There will be a couple swanky evening events and lots of time hanging by the pool. I spent a lot of time rounding up different outfit options. It's nice to think about being in the sun, it's been so dark and cold!

Spring is here, which means a whole batch of new cookbooks just dropped and they look amazing. As I typically do, I have a roundup of this Spring’s new cookbooks with French or Italy cooking. But I’ve also included a couple others that while they aren’t explicitly French or Italian, they fit the vibe if you love to cook and bake.
