It does have added ventilation with smaller holes and seamless construction. It also has the anti stink technology. The neck liner is higher and a bit tighter to get on. The fit is more of a classic fit without being super tight to body but not boxy either. The older style is a tighter slim silhouette and feels a bit tighter in the under arm area.
