Who doesn’t love some Posty?! TIPS: •Set this up in a space that can get wet •Make sure before you apply the tattoo, your pumpkin is completely dry in that spot. We keep a towel close by and wipe it down each time •Use a sponge or a paper towel to apply water to the back of the tattoo. Hold it in place for about 30 sec making sure it’s saturated. We always peel the corner up to see if it’s ready. 30-40 sec seems to be the sweet spot! •If it doesn’t come off on the pumpkin like you want, rubbing alcohol will help take it off if needed #LTKKids #LTKFamily #LTKHalloween

My 4th and final one for this year (parts 1 & 2 were last year). I hope these help! As always, my recommendation is to have that bunny buy things you are already going to buy for warmer months! Do we love this toy? Absolutely. Is it perfect? Nope. But, what toy is! I hope the pros and cons list help! Biggest things to consider are •Rhe age you're buying for (I think if it's a kid over 5, I'd look more at the Yoto). •And the reason you're buying. If it's for independent play, this will be harder for younger kids (due to operating features like inserting cards & focusing) and I'd look at the Tonie Box. •BUT, if you just want it to use a bedtime or when you can sit and play too - it's great! Whew! A lot of info. Do we like the Toniebox? Yes! My 2 year old uses it daily. But, TBH, I kind of bought my Toniebox blindly. I knew a little, but not a ton. And while it's been a hit & is used quite a bit, I wish I had known more just to fully understand how it functions . The biggest thing for me, was the character voices not matching the movie voices! It caught us all off guard. Again, my toddler didn't mind, but my older kids and I definitely noticed 🤣 Here's my list: 🌟Pros: •Very kid friendly. Little hands can put Tonies on easily due to being magnets. •Great for young kids! I personally recommend for ages 2-6. Tonies recommends for 3+. •Durable with squishy sides •Fun characters and figurines to collect (characters make great birthday or Christmas gifts or rewards for kids to work towards) •Tonies are easy to store at home: on a magnetic shelf or just in a bin or tote •Movie/show characters, clever (educational) Tonies, or creative Tonies (record your own/loved one up to 90 min) •7 hours of battery life •Sold on Amazon, Target, Walmart, & their website •Bundle options are often available to save on pricing 🌟Cons •Harder to change songs, no real pause feature •Tonie character voices don't always match movie voices •A little big to take on the go + Characters can fall off easily •Tonie characters can cost up to $20. So, not cheap if you lose them •Look like toys (which is a pro & a con). My toddler likes playing with them, but they often get misplaced with other toys. I try to keep them separate when storing. They do have a Tonie symbol on the bottom to help identify. Stay tuned for my Yoto mini review! Whew! A lot of info! But, that's just it. I'm giving you the info & you can form your own opinions. When I see 5 second videos on IG about products,I tend to have questions about what went on behind the scenes. 🤔. Call it a personality flaw or maybe a strength, but as a mom, I hate getting things that don't pan out to be what I thought I were. So, welcome to my new series: What to know before you buy! Did I hate any of this options? Absolutely not! But, I was fairlyfrustrated with the plugs on the collapsible table. When I pay that much for something, I want it to work! My rankings: 1. Water table cover: Solely because I HATE cleaning out gunk from the water table. You can leave water in it over night to get multiple uses out of it & the cover stops the debris from blowing in. Plus, the clips on the bottom that attach to the legs are 🙌🏻🙌🏻 2. Tabletop water table: I see lots of uses for this all year long for inside or outside play! 3. Collapsible water table: I love the concept of this, but those dang plugs! 1 plug was fine, but the other was not. I removed & resealed it & it no longer popped open. BUT, it had a slow leak (1 drop every few min - which isn't horrible). Most reviews are VERY positive online, but some do complain about the plugs. It does store SO nice! Ohhhh boy....do I love some storage that actually works 🤘🏻 You know those spaces that are just pain points? The ones that stress you out when you look at them? My linen closet & under my sink were 2 of those. These simple drawers changed 'em both for me! My friend told me about these babies after she saw them shared somewhere. For the past month, they have been hanging on the back of all my kids' closet doors. And, I sure love 'em. In my toddlers shared room, they serve a more functional purpose in separating their stuff and saving space. In my bigger kids' rooms, they hold their knick knacks and get them off the dressers. It allows them to have their stuff in a special place, but keeps the clutter off the dressers.(I notice my son did start storing his winter hats and sports socks in his too) I'm sold

Look, I will 100% be putting candy in the Easter Eggs, but my kids think it's pretty fun to find a few "special eggs" in the hunt each years. All of these "egg-tra" prizes are relatively cheap, fun, will get played with, and will fit in the smallest plastic eggs (I tested them for ya 😉) But, the real question is: what's the best Easter candy: Cadbury eggs or Reese's PB eggs?! #LTKSeasonal #LTKfamily #LTKkids
NO CRAP Easter baskets! (Remember no crap stocking stuffers?!) Our Easter baskets usually have USEFUL things related to spring/summer in them! Swimsuits, sandals, goggles, and a small outdoor toy or pool toy option. All of these options have worked out great at our house: bath, water tables, splash pads, pools, beaches, or vacations. They all easily fit in a pool bag or...an Easter basket 🐰 And that seek and splash game? The biggest hit of them all! This bag has saved us so many times when we travel! We're on vacation and a kid spikes a fever in the middle of the night or wakes up with an ear ache, bee stings & mosquito bites that inevitably happen on outdoor trips, scrapes, cuts, or kids that are a little backed up 💩 (which always seems to happen on vacation 🙃) Enter this bag, probiotic drops, Motrin, bee sting/mosquito bite packets, garlic ear drops (they are incredible), or swimmer ear drops. Little things that can make a big difference & save you from trying to track them down when you're on vacation somewhere you are not familiar with. I am NOT a road trip expert, but I've done many a trips with my young kids and I am here to tell you less is more! IF you set your kids up with EVERYTHING you think they'll need to be entertained the whole trip (thinking they'll then leave you along for the road trip), then you're setting yourself up for failure. In my experience, my kids but through emerging QUICK and the you're stuck. I keep a "boredom" bag up front that I will slowly pull activities put of ONE at a time. I try to make each activity last as long as I can. Of course we use iPads and @yotoplay_us players, music, & audiobooks, but even after a while my kids are bored with those. Activity ideas: •Water wow books •Stop watches: time distance between McDonald's, how long it takes to go a mile, how long can you be quiet (my favorite 😜) •clickers : count the number of a specific color car (each kid can count a different color), count semis, cows, etc. •dry erase markers: great for older kids to write on windows, play games on the window, & easy to wipe up •paper chain countdown: make a chain for each hour of the trip & take it off after each hour that passes. This is a great visual for kids with little concept of time Road trippin' ain't easy as a parent, but we got this! 👊🏻 #LTKtravel #LTKkids #LTKfamily
Usually we're rushing out the door & the last thing I'm searching for is something to help entertain my kids. This simplifies that. The work is already done. Just find the bag I want & go! We store ours in wire bins in a cabinet that everyone can access. I love that the bags are clear (so we can all see what's inside), have 2 zipper pouches per bag (hold multiple activities or separate activities out), & have a handle!
On The Go
Grandparents can be tricky to buy for! It feels like they have most of what they want or need. I love a good sentimental gift that will get used. I've gifted all of these to my parents or in-laws at some point and they've all been a hit! 1. Digital picture frame: We've gifted the Aura brand. But, there's plenty of brands that are less expensive. I've heard great things about Frameo too! Anyone with access to the app and frame can add pictures from anywhere! My parents live far away and they love seeing updated pictures each week of the grandkids. The pictures change on their own & you can upload videos too! 2. Picture Calendar: I make these on Shutterfly (they always have discounts available) every year for my parents! (But, there's plenty of places to make them). I just upload pics from the year of family and grandkids. You can do a desk or wall calendar. 3. Storyworth: Each week a prompt is sent that Storyworth picks OR you can pick to send for them to write about. You can see ahead of time what will be sent. They write their thoughts AND can add pictures. Then, it formats into a book. We gifted this to my dad & father-in-law one year. My father-in-law finished his and we got one printed for everyone in the family. Once he passed away, it was even more special to have & hear stories we had never heard that he had wrote in his own words. ❤️ 4. Art storing picture frame: how cool are these?! We use them at our house for our kids' art creations, but what a fun gift for grandparents too! Perfect for holding notes or art from grandkids! And I love being able to store up to 50 pieces of art behind the picture on display. It's fun to look back through! #LTKGiftGuide #LTKfamily #LTKHoliday
