Stocking stuffers don't have to be filled with crap toys! There's plenty of great, practical, useful stocking stuffers that kids will actually use (and that are not astronomically priced for a stocking) 👊🏻

*MOST* of these items are around $10 or less with the exception of the Number Bots & Walkie Talkies (which btw ...the best deal for those is at Walmart!)

This has provided my kids with great entertainment the past couple of weeks! It's been out of stock forever, but now arrives in 2 days! If you need winter break entertainment - this is your ticket!

There is a Target version of this house too! I've heard mixed reviews and have NOT personally tried it. But, it is cheaper! So, it may be a better option for you!

I have a lot of beef with this method. But, the overall takeaway is to just use pancakes molds or your dash mini waffle maker! Metal cookie cutters + pancakes = a disaster.

But, I do love these cookie cutters for actual cookies! Good quality and good designs 👌🏻 (just don't use them for pancakes)

For the past few years I've wanted to try this, but always had a reason not to. But, no more! I'm making it happen. I made 1 trip to the dollar spot at Target (dollar store works too!) & grabbed a couple things for a few of the days (i.e. Christmas craft, hot chocolate bombs, mini Christmas puzzle), but kept the rest pretty basic. You can make this as simple or as involved as you want!

I compiled a list of some activities for you. The list can be copied & pasted to a word doc & modified to add in your own traditions!

I had NEVER heard of this! I ordered a Christmas packet a while back & once we tried it - we were hooked! There's also animal packets, princesses, space, dinosaurs, unicorns, & more! This would be a great activity for colder months (I know we will be doing it!)

🌟 TIPS
•Be sure to press down everywhere on the foil sheet once it's covered the sticker. We pushed down with our full hand and then used our finger to run it all over the sticker in order to get the best coverage.
•Foil sheets can get multiple uses. If you use one to only color a small section of sticker, save it & use up the rest on another small area.
•Recommended for ages 4+ (and I'd agree with that)

Out of all the activities I've tested, this one kept her attention the longest! 55 min is a long freaking time! We had Christmas music playing, I was cleaning, & she was truly enjoying this!

I think showing her an inspo picture helped, as well as the materials we used. I also think encouraging her to draw a "background" helped as well! Craft paper gingerbread man - you the real MVP! 🖍️

PS. gel crayons are really cool to use! My kids love them because they glide so smooth. BUT, beware, they can get on rugs or carpet & will need spot cleaner to come out!

We ALL know this time of year is crazy. I, like I'd imagine most of you, am always trying to find ways to help remind my kids (and myself) about the magic of Christmas. The magic of giving. The magic of kindness. The magic of spreading cheer & remembering what it's truly all about. When @demdaco showed me this ornament, I had to try 'er out!

This @santaskindness ornament is a simple (but fun!) daily reminder to help with all of these things. It starts a countdown on Dec 1 & goes all the way through Christmas (and even gives some extra daily sneak peeks of Santa at the North Pole!). I love it for my kids, but also for me too because I need all the help I can get 🙃. I am excited to sit down & do it as a family!
