It’s Jan 1, 2024! It was a beautiful New Year’s Day and I wanted to make sure I stacked some health and beauty in with some rest. It’s the best way to detox, moisturize, hair mask, and mineralize.

Before:
-Dry brush your whole body to get the lymphatic system moving.
-I always shower before so I can rinse my hair and add the Milbon hair mask.
After shower:
-Mix two pumps of @agentnateur holi water & two pumps of holi lift and add to face and chest.
During:
-Stretch your body & massage the ginger oil onto your legs, feet & arms. It will detox and trigger the sweat!
-Use hair massager to rub rosemary oil onto scalp
-Hydrate with spring water mixed with LMNT minerals
After:
-Shower with holi wash
-Shampoo & Condition with Necessaire
-Moisturize with holi body
