The secret to achieving the no roots highlights is that I start them slightly above my ears underneath my hair so that you only see it peeking out towards the bottom since the top of my hair goes over it! Giving it a slight ombré look! This way I never get a root because if I have the slightest root I can’t stand it! My hair color is artego 6nn. Seriously the most perfect color! I’m obviously still a wen girl and I cleanse my hair twice a week and do a remoist treatment when I feel my hair needs it. I also recently discovered Wow to help high frizz and man it sure works wonders. I spray it on my wet hair and it blows out beautifully!
