Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2025 - My selections in skirts & pants! As I wrote in the "Shoes & Boots" post, I love to wear a skirt with black tights and black boots. All 3 skirts I've selected will be great with black boots. There is a black plaid skirt, a faux suede skirt in cognac, and a black tweed skirt. For pants, I chose 3 styles of black pants and one denim jean. Each of the black pants come in a different leg width, including slender cigarette pants, a kick flare leg style, and a wide leg style that's more dressy. All 3 of these pants are pull-on style, which looks great with a tunic length top or a buttoned or zip-front jacket. Two of them also come in navy. For the jeans, I selected a pair I have from Kut from the Kloth, and I love them. These are high waist, but on the model they look mid-rise. They have a flare leg, so these look great with boots. I had to size down one size when I bought mine. I normally wear a size 2, but I had to buy a size 0.
