Pistachio Cream Drink (Ornament-Ready Version)

Ingredients
• 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk (full-fat works best)
• 2–3 tablespoons pistachio cream (adjust to taste)
• 1–2 ounces pistachio rum (to taste)

Instructions
1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk the pistachio cream with a splash of the coconut milk until smooth.
2. Slowly add the remaining coconut milk, whisking until fully blended.
3. Stir in the pistachio rum.
4. Chill for at least 30 minutes so the flavors marry.
5. Shake gently before pouring into glasses or festive ornament bottles.

Serving notes
• Serve cold, straight or over ice
• Perfect as a small after-dinner sip
• Can be made alcohol-free by skipping the rum
