I first discovered silicone baking trays a couple of years ago, and I have been using these ever since! They can go in the dishwasher, you do not need to spray, you don’t have to use muffin papers, they are amazing! I bake muffins in these I make my egg bites in these I just can’t get over how easy they make cooking. If I was going to invest in a pair, I would definitely consider a tray that has an aluminum support bar like the one in the top of my video here. The original that I bought is on the bottom and because they’re flimsy, you have to place them on a baking tray to support or else you’re going to have a mess everywhere. I’ve linked both styles here!
