This one is dangerously easy and always a crowd favorite.

🧀 Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients (28-oz dish):
• 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken (seasoned lightly)
• 6 oz cream cheese, softened
• 6 tbsp buffalo sauce
• 5 tbsp ranch (or blue cheese) dressing
• ¾ cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack
• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, but melty)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt + pepper, to taste
• Extra shredded cheese (for topping)
• Sour cream (for football stripes)
• Green onions, finely sliced (1–2 tbsp)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix everything except sour cream and green onions until combined.
3. Spread into a greased baking dish and top with extra cheese.
4. Bake 18–22 minutes, until bubbly.
5. Cool 12–15 minutes, then pipe sour cream stripes.
6. Finish with a light sprinkle of green onions and serve with chips.

let’s hope the game is as good as the snacks 😌

I transformed my kitchen using only peel and stick ✨ My fav DIY (well, maybe only lol) of 2025!

While I wait for my remodel permits, I finally tried a DIY I’ve been wanting to do forever… and it turned out so much better than I expected. A few takeaways if you try this:

• The countertop was very easy - just be mindful of air bubbles and definitely research how to handle corners. I’m linking the smoothing kit I bought which includes a knife but id order a better quality x-acto knife.
• Backsplash tip: my only complaint was how hard it was to peel off the backing layer. In the end I became a pro… use the tip of your X-Acto knife to separate the two layers, then peel. Don’t bother with your fingernail, don’t bother with tweezers. Be SURE of your placement before setting it down, the adhesive is no joke.
• Cutting straight edges: have something to help you cut a clean line when resizing pieces. I winged it… and I wish I didn’t lol.

Such a fast and satisfying little transformation while I wait for the real remodel!

Still loving this bed frame! It looks like a regular cozy boucle bed… but lift it up, and surprise - hidden storage for days.

It’s the Aurora Storage Bed, and it’s as functional as it is beautiful. I skipped the included legs so it would fit just under my window in this new bedroom layout (yes, still loving it!).

Extra storage, gorgeous design, and white-glove delivery? 10/10 🤌🏼
