Sporty sliders, laced up and dressed for the occasion 🏈 Save for game day!

PS. This smokeless indoor grill is amazing for grilling in condos

Ingredients (about 20 sliders):
– 2 lb ground beef (I recommend 80/20 or 85/15 for juicier sliders – I used leaner 93/7 and added cream)
– 2½ tsp kosher salt
– 1½ tsp black pepper
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 3–4 tbsp cream (or milk)
– Hawaiian sweet pretzel slider buns
– – Cheese slices (for burgers + extra white cheddar for the “laces”)
– Optional toppings: pickles, special sauce, caramelized onions

Instructions:
1. Gently mix the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire, and cream just until combined.
2. Scoop about 3 tbsp per slider, roll loosely, and rest 15–20 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or pan to medium-high and lightly oil.
4. Place beef balls on the hot surface and flatten once to form thin slider patties.
5. Cook 60–90 seconds per side, flipping once. Add cheese after flipping.
6. Assemble sliders on buns with your favorite toppings.
7. Cut thin strips of white cheddar and place on top buns to create “laces.” Warm the laces for just a few seconds so they stay put – don’t overheat.
8. Secure with football skewers if using, and serve warm.
