Aldi Croissant Breakfast Casserocroissant - 1.5 packs of mini croissants - 1/2 lb sliced deli ham cut in triangles - 1/2 large onion diced & *almost* caramelized - 2 Tbsp chives -1 bag of white cheddar -1 bag of swiss & gruyère - 1 dozen eggs - 2.5 cups milk - 1 Tbsp dijon mustard - generous dash of onion powder, garlic salt, pepper -big sprinkle of nutmeg -Layer croissants, ham, onion, cheese, repeat. -End with egg wash drizzled evenly all over -Keep croissants peaking out so they can get crispy Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done
