Our brain is annoyingly easy to influence
And while I would rather stay in PJs all day, the problem is that when you WFH, there's already almost no physical difference between home mode and work mode. Getting dressed just creates one.
So the point isn't "you need to look presentable while working from home."
It's using clothes as a switch between parts of your day when your environment never changes. As a type B person, this has helped me in more ways than one because by the time I'm done dressing up, I unable to procrastinate my next admin.
