Attempted a Sunday Best pic… this was the best we got on self timer 😂 Today with our Cadence family Paul brought a word about time and margin. Priorities, focus, attention… it is something we’ve personally walked a massive life change in, even currently unfolding that I will share soon I’m sure. Paul’s word for two years in a row now has been “margin” and I see it in his life so personally and intimately as it pours into our family. So many good shifts are entering for us as seasons come and the grace for the pace of one season changes in another. I am so excited for the next few months full of shifts and more margin to be discovered as we prepare literal space for our baby girl to enter the world, but also spiritual space to grow and hear the Lord more in this new season. But know what my favorite part about sitting in service on Sundays is? The man speaking really is and does all he preaches. Not every pastor’s wife can say that and I don’t take it lightly that I so wholeheartedly can. Paul is the most methodical, routine, loyal, family-focused person I know. Watching him share his heart with our church family truly just makes me beam, because I KNOW the fruit personally of what he shared today (and every Sunday) with the hopes of helping see our families in the church thrive even more and know Jesus more. Margin - time - slow down - sit down - let God rise up with compassion and goodness like only He can do. #LTKunder50
