A low effort top

Step 1: Scrub Mat
-I got this scrubby mat from Amazon and it has multiple textures to really allow you to clean your brushed. I use a stripping facial cleanser because it cleans the brushes well and I know it’s allowed to be on my face.

Step 2: Drying
-I got this brush spinner from Amazon too. I used to only use the mat, but I noticed my brushes staring to smell after washing. It’s because they were dense and harboring bacteria, so drying your brushes is SO IMPORTANT.
-This brush spinner can be used alone to wash your brushes, but I don’t think it cleans as effectively as the combination. I like using the container it comes with to dry the brushes so water doesn’t get everywhere.

Step 3: Sanitize
-Now that the brushed are clean, I let them fully dry and before using my brushes, I will spray them with hypochlorous acid spray to sanitize them and know that they aren’t introducing bacteria to my face.

#1: Pre-wash
-Using Briegeo Scalp Revival takes excess oil and build up out of my hair so I am able to only shampoo once.
-Using a scalp scrubber stimulates blood flow and helps with hair growth. It also helps lather your pre-wash/shampoo.

#2: Shampoo & Conditioner
-I like DpHue’s Gentle Brightening Shampoo for my everything showers because it does a great job and detoxing.
-Their conditioner is also similar to a hair mask and is very hydrating. I use the comb to distribute it throughout my ends.

#3: Double Body Cleanse
-All 3 are from L’Occitane. I always go in first with bar soap and follow with a body wash.
-This body scrubber also does a good job at exfoliating and distributing body wash.

#4: Shave & Hydrate
-I’ve been using this venus razor forever. I like that you can replace the head and keep the base. It’s really great for sensitive skin.
-I LOVE a body oil and this one by L’Occitane is GREAT. It absorbs really well and is hydrating.

#5: Cleanse
-Always wash your face last or do this outside of the shower so your scalp’s oils don’t get on your face and cause breakouts.
-I double cleanse at night and will use an exfoliant 1-2 times a week as long as I don’t have any active breakouts.

-Dove Bond Strength shampoo and conditioner: makes your hair SO SOFT
-Redkin Acidic Bonding Treatment shampoo and conditioner: great if you follow up with treatment
-K18 Detox Shampoo: great if you follow up with treatment
-DpHue Gentle Brightening Shampoo and Conditioner: great for detoxing

4 HAIR TREATMENTS
-Living proof hair mask
-Briogeo Pre-Wash Scalp Detox: I like this a lot and it allows you to not have to double shampoo
-DpHue ACV Hair Rinse: LOVEEEEE. Amazing between washes.
-Glaze Conditioning Gloss: I really like this, but I don't like that it gets on your towels after washing.

5 BODY WASHES
-Rare Beauty Body Wash: love this. The scent is great and it's exfoliating.
-L’Occitane Whipped Almond Body Wash: hydrating and smells wonderful
-L’Occitane Combawa Body Wash: fresh and hydrating
-L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil: MY FAV
-Monday Body Wash: underrated, smells good, hydrating, inexpensive

4 TOOLS/RANDOMS:
-Scalp scruber: helps circulation and lathering
-Lip scrub: I like doing this in the shower becasue it can be messy
-Body scrubbing mit: great for exfolaiton and lathering
-Wide tooth comb: love for distributing conditioner

3 FACE/BODY
-Amarte Exfoliant: Really love this and it's super gentle
-Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser: use daily and think I will use forever
-Palmer's Cocoa Butter Body Oil: my favorite and inexpensive. SO hydrating
