Let’s talk about two relationship dynamics that often get confused: codependency and interdependency. While they might sound similar, they’re worlds apart! 🌎

Codependency looks like:
• Losing yourself in the relationship
• Feeling responsible for others’ emotions
• Struggling to set boundaries
• Seeking validation externally
• Sacrificing your needs constantly

Interdependency looks like:
• Maintaining individual identity
• Supporting each other while staying autonomous
• Having healthy boundaries
• Internal self-worth
• Mutual growth and respect

Remember: Healthy relationships are about growing together while staying true to yourself. It’s okay to need people - we’re human! But there’s a difference between supporting each other and losing yourself in someone else. 💫
