Helpful tips moms & L&D nurses have given me:
- save your postpartum supplies for home - the hospital will have everything you need & will send you home with extra!
- if you plan on getting an epidural fuzzy socks are great for epidural shakes because your feet will feel cold
- bring your ROKU or a way to watch shows on the hospital tv
- bring snacks & a jug of your favorite iced coffee
- stain remover / nursing pads for colostrum stains on your pajamas
- goodies for your nurses 🫶🏻
