story time (this one might sound a little radical — but read it all the way through): i had a client who struggled for years with IBS. doctor visits, endless blood panels, supplements, prescriptions — nothing really worked long-term. so we tried something different. we stripped it all back. we shifted her food, yes — but more importantly, we zoomed in on what she was drinking. she loved her daily McDonald’s Diet Coke. wanted to cut it. couldn’t do it. so we didn’t. we created a plan that actually worked — with one Diet Coke a day (before 1PM). her gut? calm. her energy? better. she was finally seeing results. then one day, her husband grabbed her a different diet drink. just being nice, trying to help. but within days, she spiraled. bloated. inflamed. discouraged. she assumed her progress hit a wall. but i had a hunch. we pulled the label. Diet Coke = aspartame that new drink? a different sweetener — one that ended in -ose. (it was 600x sweeter than sugar. SIX. HUNDRED.) her system couldn’t handle it. it was tearing up her gut from the inside out. she cut it out, went back to her plan — and boom. progress resumed. ⸻ i’m sharing this because so many of u think it’s something huge that’s blocking your results. sometimes it’s one little thing. one ingredient. one drink. one “no big deal” glass of wine. i’m not a doctor. just a coach who pays attention. and this is your reminder: know what you’re consuming — because your body is always talking. you just have to listen. 🖤 LTKActive LTKPetite LTKU
