Skincare routine…I use the Kiss method. KEEP IT SIMPLE. You don’t need gadgets and expensive creams and serums, they absolutely do not work. I worked closely with my dermatologist and esthetician and this is literally what they recommend. I also include Tretinoin .1% (worked up from .05%)
MORNING: IS Clinical wash, C Serum and La Roche Posay Lotion
NIGHT: IS Clinical, cereve moisturizer, tretinoin, moisturizer again!

Some of these have been ride or die for a while, and some were new—but all of these knocked it out of the park and are on permanent rotation! If you don’t want insane long lashes, don’t buy the mascara. If you don’t want your hair to grow and be healthy and thick, don’t buy the serum or shampoo. Do you like clear, glass like skin? Buy the lotion and moisturizer. The body wash leaves your skin so moisturized and glowy I can’t get enough.

EMPTIES. Will be re-purchasing all of these. I have been a lover of the Bliss Vitamin C forever and think it works just as good as the more expensive brands, if not better. The Moroccan oil hairspray is a staple because it makes your hair smell sooo good, and the Clarins body firming oil has been a staple throughout pregnancy and post-partum. Nothing takes my makeup off better than the Elemis, it gets it ALL off. I can’t live without the hand cream, it saves me in the dry Utah winter!!!!
