Brown Sugar & Balsamic Glaze Pork Tenderloin š©š»āš³ 2 lbs Pork tenderloin 1 tsp Ground sage 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 cup Beef stock 1/2 cup Brown sugar 1/2 cup Water 1 tbsp Cornstarch 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Soy sauce ā ⢠Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper and sage making sure to cover all sides. Add beef stock into crockpot and then add tenderloin cooking for 4 to 6 hours on a high or 6 to 8 on low or until fork tender. ⢠Once meat is done cooking in a small sauce pan add brown sugar, water, cornstarch, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar. Stir and cook for about 4-5 minutes until sauce is thicken. Remove from heat. ⢠Shred the pork tenderloin and once all shredded apart pour the sauce on top and mix to cover all the meat.
